# Trailers and Plot 

Defendant a follow-up Doctor Romantic, is a story of Park Jung-woo who is a prosecutor at Seoul Central District Prosecutors' office.
One day, he wakes up and finds himself a convict on death row. Suffering from temporary amnesia, Jung-woo has no idea what transpired to land him in prison. He struggles to recover his memory and clear his name.

Park Jung-woo  (Male, 38, Prosecutor)

Ace prosecutor of the Seoul Central District.

He regards himself as the prosecutor and never want to be a lawyer.

Even if he is threaten to take the job and big boodle, he never step back.

Whenever he returns to home, he becomes a normal girl's daddy.

He feels so sorry of being a busy father and not staying together.  

Cha Min-ho  (Male, 39, CFO of Cha Myung Group) 

A troublesome of Cha Myung group.

He used to be a cowards when he was young.

When his dad scolded or staring him, he started to cry and hide.

But, his old brother Seon-ho was always with him, his father always cared of his brother, Seon-ho though.

After Seon-ho got engaged Yeon-hee, his growing antipathy towards his father rapidly. 

Cha Seon-ho (Male, 39, CEO of Cha Myung group) 

Eldest of Cha Young-woon who is the president of Cha Myung group.

Unlike his high-pressure father, Seon-ho is humble and polite.

His personality is already well known even to the guards and cleaning ladies.

Among all of the chaotic three generation of the rich, he never be drunken, or slammed into gossip.

Also he has never disobeyed his father.

Seo Eun-hye (Female, 29, Public defender) 

She is trying to be a good lawyer with justice, warm sensitivity, reason, and graceful speech. 

But the reality is that she fights to everyone on courts even with the judge.

And never win. Especially toward to the prosecutor, Park Jung-woo.

However, she promised to win this time

For the defendant, Park Jung-woo.

Kang Joon-Hyuk (Male, 38, Prosecutor) 

A buddy for 15 years with Park Jung-woo and a university colleague as well.

He promised to be a justice prosecutor together and dreaming of the director of the public prosecution.

However he feels lonely when Jung-woo got married with Yoon Ji-soo who had an unrequited love, he felt like he got lost everything forever as a man. He takes the murder case of Yoon Ji-soo which is a dominant suspect to Jung-woo.

He firstly didn't believe Jung-woo would be the one but he started to investigate the case as a prosecutor not a friend.

# Comment 


The story line, plot and casts wise are all outstanding that keeps getting me drawn to it. 
And actually this drama is getting rating high and episode 7 gets 20.9%. 

I know Ji-sung (Park Jung-woo) is the one of big reasons of the success of this drama. I am sure!!!
The actor, he pours out all of his emotion and it is just mesmerizing. 
It is surreal that makes me ponder whether it's happening to him in real life which I know it's definitely not. 
I do know Ju-sung is a good actor but he is even better now. 

Every episode contains very intense mysteriousness that made me on pins and needles.
Just when I have a slight ounce of hope that the evidence can salvage Jung-woo, Min-ho, the villain.
He gives me urge to beat him up to a pulp after every episode, it makes forlorn waiting for the impending episode on following Monday which means I am already addictive. There is one thing I am really inquistive about, regarding Jung-woo's amnesia. How come did he admit to his crimes of murdering Ji-soo & Ha-yeon when he is certain that he isn't the murderer? This point doesn't make sense though (in my opinion), I am still keeping my fingers crossed that Ha-yeon is still alive. 
To be honest, I am not a big fan of mysterious genre though I can say this drama is recommendable!
